Any gun, regardless of type, should be 1 hit kill if headshot.
Its a 'health' bar not a shield bar. This isn't Halo. Any weapon should one hit kill if its a headshot. Do you agree?
EDIT: Judging by some of the responses I'd say the next special Olympics will be primarily dominated by the Destiny community.
EDIT2: OP is an fgt with terrible grimoire and kd who needs to git good and go play cod.

Except, it is a shield bar. Haven't you noticed how the bar is split into thirds? The first two thirds are shields and the last third is your actual health.

Definitely, my auto rifles that spray a million bullets a second should one shot if it happens to hit a headshot. Realism people, get with it.

Do this awesome looking helm my guardian found on the rotting corpse of a dead enemy means nothing in relation to armor? No. Some guns yes one shot headshot but all no. Then you have to taken into account light armor. Similar to the over shield you get from certain class melees and and revives. Light armor is a force field. So no. That's why you have 3 sections of health. Two that are white and a red. The two white ones mark the shield at 100% and 50% capacity. The red is your guardians acctual health.

Instantly fatal headshots are pretty confusing to me in games, they're usually not fatal shots unless perfectly placed - but it's even more confusing in a game where we have armour and presumably some sort of kinetic shielding.

......... No. We physically have shields. Enemies have armour and various other things. Don't ruin a good game with cheap "real" mechanics like that. If it were human v human I'd agree, but space magic.

Except it is a shield bar. Your total "health bar" is all shields, except for when it's low enough to be red, then it becomes "health"
