How the -blam!- are people getting 297+ blues?
Seriously? I can't get anything above 295 to spawn. The highest purple I have gotten is 298
Edit: This includes CoO
Edit 2: I am at 291 light I usually get equips anywhere between 265 and 292 light equips. This included CoO (even in tier 3), decoding engrams, and Heroic Strikes. I do however appreciate that people are at least trying to help me out with this.
Edit 3: Went and ground CoO since I had a ton of runes. Got up to 294! Really do appreciate the advice people.

The only thing I can say, is save up your engrams (I usually try to do at least 15 at a time). Before u turn them in apply everything u have w/ the highest attack and Def maxing out your light, even if it's stuff u don't usually use. Take them all to the cryptarch and spam the -blam- out of them, don't even try to look at what u get just hit the -a- button as fast as u can.

Its all luck bro. The higher your light, the higher the chance of high light gear. Luck still rules and you are at the point where it is a really slow climb up.

The longer you play coo the better the drops in my opinion. Spent 45 min got 3 blue guns over 290 only doing 2 tier 2 and rest tier 1.

A 300 blue chest dropped today for me, infused it into my neuroghast for 300 legendary chest.

Got a 297 blue fusion rifle on my lv 286 warlock. Might've been because of the 298 shotgun I have not really sure how it works.
