Read last weeks update, legacy engrams from xur only decode yo year 1 items. It's so year 1 players can get items they are missing still.

5 RespuestasIt usually takes about 6 engrams for me to get a 300 exotic. Just got the Black Spindle for my Titan and the Tlaloc for my Hunter from engrams off of Xur.
