Nightstalker complaints.
I see a lot of Hunters complaining about "how weak" Shadowshot is.
As someone who's first character was a Hunter, I'd like to say that this class is not at all "weak" or "underpowered". It simply takes patience to use the super effectively.
And I see a lot of Titans saying that us Hunters were very unfortunate due to our new subclass. I'd also disagree with that. Our new subclass has perks where tethered enemies explode, dealing extra damage to all. As well as another perk that gives us 3 bow shots rather than one. Our melee blinds and if you equip "envenomed" it gives them extra damage.
There's a perk that counts all tethered kills as super kills rather than regular kills.
Also, when tethered, I can have someone in my fireteam use their super on you while you are suppressed. So no, we are not unfortunate. No, bungie did not screw Hunters over. No, Nightstalker does not need a buff (looking at all you sad crying hunters right now).
ALL of the Supers are so great. I'm really proud of every single new subclass we got.
Btw: I don't even need to hit you with my bow for it to do anything. I can shoot it at the ground near you and it would tether everyone nearby.

I was running heroic strikes yesterday with a storm caller warlock. On the undying mind strike we were basically able have both of our supers constantly charged. Each time a mob would spawn I would fire a shadow shot into it, tethering all the enemies in place. Then the storm caller would come through and blast all of them with his super. This generated orbs for both of us. Kills while the enemies were tethered generated orbs that he could pick up and kills from his super generated orbs for me. People don't seem to understand that the night stalker is a support class and is most effective with groups rather than trying to burn through mobs on their own.

People are used to hunters being lonewolves, it breaks their brains and egos to have a super geared towards teamwork. I feel most of this dlc has used teamwork as its mantra and i love it. People also need to realize how devastating it is to be tethered in place while a whole fireteam, or even just a few of them, nukes you into oblivion

In PvE its really good but u need to have shadestep and shadowshot if u want to use it in pvp

Night stalker is basically the best for orbs and damage in PvE. Shadow Shot + heavy/sword or any other super = MASSIVE dps

People are not used to it.in my opinion it is the best in pve but i have not used it much in pvp.Hunters now have the role they are not used to

Shadowshot genarates so many orbs and there's a perk that all tethered enemies share damage so you could kill like 10 things with one bullet

Shadowshot + vortex nade + blood bound= entire mob cleared and orbs for days. Ran heroic playlist with two MC Hammer titans earlier today, we all had supers, all the time.

1 RespuestaIts just a class thats a support class. Its amazing. Blood bound especially. I can shoot shadow shot. Pull out a rocket and not only does it do crit damage, they all share the damage to each other followed by exploding and making orbs.

Editado por OJ191: 9/20/2015 10:52:19 AMNightstalker is the most fun class now I can have stealth for stealth revive saves without actually having to go bladedancer and have a useless super that can only be used for stealth because enemies shit on you if you go in the open to use it. But shadestep is terrible, it needs to dodge about 50% further and about 100% faster

The only thing that aould make it better would be if they could have blink.... then it would be the best class in the game hands down. .. it would be like the hunters are the gally though. I haven't gotten storm caller yet but the sunbreaker only seems to have it's super going for it. You run soo slowly! I still haven't really nioticed what the melee does.
