Well, like I'm saying in the video, it's a small tip for people that does not have the right armor set. My second character (hunter) does not have any non-exotic equipment with the heavy ammo perk on it, so my only option during a mission or raid, is to switch to my bones of Eao for example, and pop the synthesis. But I totally agree with you that alot of boots does have this perk. Still, I think this can be useful sometimes! Thanks for your input
