To all against Nolan North
He is a human being and all you guys do is bash him repeatedly calling him gay like he doesn't have feelings. I'm surprised to see the amount of public support cyber bullying has in this forum. It is truly despicable behavior and I am SO disappointed in the Destiny community. You were not satisfied insulting each other's weapons, subclasses and, tactics, as well as stats. NO. Now you have the nerve to insult someone who is working hard and doing his best to give you a good game. Desmond Miles and Nathan Drake... That is Nolan North he has created them from the script to life... It is disturbing to see your animosity toward such an amazing actor. Whether he is gay or not doesn't matter he deserves respect. There is no excuse for this level of rampant cyber bullying. Now I hope this thread trends because North not only deserves respect, he deserves someone in his corner. If you agree please help this post to trend. If you don't... I'm disgusted with the idea of being the same species as you.

Edit: The Ghosts are NOT robots. If that was your plan to discredit North Leave now. The Ghosts are the light of the Traveler.

I'm not a huge fan of how North voiced the character, to me it seemed sometimes he put emotion into the wrong words in a sentence or he just said a sentence with the wrong tone completely, that being said I don't agree with all the homophobic remarks being made towards him, he's a person, he deserves respect, and anyway bashing him is an idiot.

I never heard Nolan act before because I'm not really into video games, but I like the tone and emotion more than Dinklebot. I'd prefer a deeper voice, though.

Nolandroid sounds pretty gay all the time. [spoiler]In the happy sense of the word![/spoiler] Joking aside, he sounds too cheerful to me. Dinklebot wasn't the best at times, but at the very least he sounded serious. Maybr TTK's mood will be all upbeat and such,but since they kept the same script, its a bunch of discord having a serious atmosphere in game and Nolandroid unable to stay sad/worried for more than a nanosecond. Dinklebot tried to joke sometimes,but it was never really..cheerful. maybe a bit sly "Think they'd mind if we.. took their pikes?" Or reassuring "The World's Grave. Not ours." But as someone into Sci-fi, I cant in all seriousness seriously accept Nolandroid since he's not serious.

too bad they didnt go for multiple ghost VAs, and give players an assortment of ghosts to hear from.

I have nothing against him. I think he did the voice well, just like I think Dinklage did the voice well. I just preferred a ghost that sounded like he could back me up in a fight instead of one who sounds like he wants to run and hide.

Regardless of if he gets "cyber bullied" or not, he definitely doesn't care. He's sitting on stacks of cash laughing at the the people that dislike his voice acting. So seriously, if you think some rich guy cares what people think about him, reconsider your life choices.

I don't see the problem with him. He has some good stuff and some bad stuff; just like Dinklebot had. And on another note; who actually cares what the ghost is talking about?

The new voice is terrible. It's to happy for the ravaged world it's supposed to exist in. Dinklage's voice was drab enough that it fit perfectly, he set the mood. His brief bursts of excitement only conveyed slips of hope. Hey, my ghost is excited maybe this is important or maybe I should pay some extra attention here. This new douche sounds almost exactly like the voice of the robot that gives out bounties. He's an even more boring C3PO. They said he didn't want to hear any of the original dialog so he could do his own take..... He damn well should have because he totally missed the mark. What's worse is bungie didn't intercept it. Bungie has been trying to walk their shot in on this game from day one. The problem is Activation is their spotter and it's only looking at your wallet, not the actual target, a good game. All were left with is dimpled dirt.
