To all against Nolan North
He is a human being and all you guys do is bash him repeatedly calling him gay like he doesn't have feelings. I'm surprised to see the amount of public support cyber bullying has in this forum. It is truly despicable behavior and I am SO disappointed in the Destiny community. You were not satisfied insulting each other's weapons, subclasses and, tactics, as well as stats. NO. Now you have the nerve to insult someone who is working hard and doing his best to give you a good game. Desmond Miles and Nathan Drake... That is Nolan North he has created them from the script to life... It is disturbing to see your animosity toward such an amazing actor. Whether he is gay or not doesn't matter he deserves respect. There is no excuse for this level of rampant cyber bullying. Now I hope this thread trends because North not only deserves respect, he deserves someone in his corner. If you agree please help this post to trend. If you don't... I'm disgusted with the idea of being the same species as you.

Edit: The Ghosts are NOT robots. If that was your plan to discredit North Leave now. The Ghosts are the light of the Traveler.

Nothing against North (he is obviously very talented), but I think people are disappointed. I never understood the dislike of Dinklebot either. In my opinion Dinklebot was better. Both actors are professional and probably just acted as they were directed. Side by side Dinklebot sounds better to me. That's not hate though. It's doesn't even sound like him. They changed his voice and digitized it...same as they did to Peter Dinklage. It's not either of their faults, it's Bungie's.

If it was a little deeper and less chipper i wouldn't have a problem. Edit: I forgot to mention on how it seems he read most of the lines without viewing the cut scene or knowing what was going on. A great example is "We've woken the Hive!" There is no panic or anything in his voice. Just meh what ever I'm useless in this game anyway.

Why not? 2. Seems to me that the ghosts are sentient, that they create a bind with their Guardians. I would believe they would have emotion. I didn't have have a problem with Dinkle-bot, but I actually prefer the Nolan-bot. Side note, the only things that sucks about Nolan, is that my collectible Ghost now sounds off lol.

Still want Nathan Fillion for ghost. Let Nolan put on his Nathan Drake voice and be Cayde. Or, THE MONITOR BACK IN ACTION. I actually loved my lightbulb.

5 RespuestasWho has personally attacked him?I haven't seen that.Also,I have gotten used to him already & I am pretty sure everyone agrees he is a good voice actor but people that don't like it prefer Dinklage for numerous different reasons.I still would take Dinklage over North.Dinklage did something unique with a robot voice while North just practically took a very common type of voice for that kind of charcater (being a little robot).

I do not like the work he did as the ghost. Sorry, but it sucks. I am entitled to dislike it and find it annoy as hell, right up there with Joan Rivers. Ugh. I do agree on the gay bashing crap. Sorry folks, but i know some gay leathermen whom could and will kick your ass on real life. Still, Bungie as always made a very poor choice.

I really don't think that there is that much difference why people are moaning is beyond me ! Dinklebot couldn't do it because of his Hollywood commitments, bungievision got someone else who cares get over it folks !

At the end of the day it doesn't matter what people think. Peter Dinklage is far too busy for Destiny and Nolan North is an awesome voice actor who, in my opinion, did a fantastic job. I don't think he sounds "gay" but more cheerful. I personally like his new voice because my Ghost feels more sentient. I doubt people who don't like the new Ghost attacked Nolan North OP. Maybe a select few, but definitely not the majority. Also, can someone even "sound gay"? Is that even correct? Or are the people complaining immature children who think all homosexual people are flamboyant?

I don't like the High pitch I like the deeper tone of voice that dinklebot had because it felt like I was set in a dark time that's not happy go lucky. So to me NolAndroid isn't that good it's to high pitch happy go lucky for me I like dinklebot deep pitch dark pressing times.
