Reached 170 light as a Hunter without preorder items.
I preordeed the game, but I have yet to receive any of the preorder items since I bought it from Gamestop rather than through PSN.
My fiance wanted to ascend a weapon, but needed an etheric light, so we decided to do a quick 34 PoE. I opened the treasure chest (I was there, why not?) and got a Kellhunters Hood. I was about to dismantle it when I realized it was 170 defense. My old one is only 3 defense (still don't understand the new system).
I equipped it, and now I'm 170 light. :-)
Just thought I'd share since it seems to be a rarity with Hunters.

1 RespuestaYeah my Kellhunter's hood is only like 3 but some older legendaries from my inventory and vault like Ghost Angel, AOS Cryptid, and even a blue were at 170! Got my Hunter to 170 and haven't done shit in 2.0 aside from checking out the Tower and buying a ghost shell. That will change after family reunion today tho. Sorry folks gotta get home to some Mayhem!

2 RespuestasYou can be 171 with 170 armour+weapons, the 180 bond and if you get the mythoclast from the EXOTIC COLLECTION it will level up to be 177(give or take 1-2 because I cant remember exactly)

10 RespuestasWhat are you talking about? To reach 170 you need 170 on all your armor and weapons. Then buy a level 30 ghost and get the blu class item from the subclass quest early steps. No preorder necessary

1 RespuestaI have a 180 defense warlock bond, and it's just a rare. I got it from those class specific quests. Then I got a 170 defense ghost shell just buying it from the speaker for like 450 glimmer. I also got an exotic 200 defense warlock bond, but have to be level 40 to wear it. I just got it from a quest, but I think those were one of the items you aren't supposed to have yet anyways.
