I have an Up For Anything that has crowd control AND reactive reload. It has near max stability, high ROF but also has the mid range (for autos) impact. I did some testing and each perk raises damage by 30%...and they stack for a total of 60%. Basically, you kill something then reload and youre doing 60% damage, rinse and repeat. Been holding onto this thing since January waiting for the day when AR's would be rebuffed.
