Havent Got My Nepal Shaer Yet! Help!???
I have looked in to this and tried everything, however i am [b]still awaiting a response[/b] and it has been a few days i'm beginning to worry i wont get my shader or emblem.
Is there anyone else who is having this same problem and hasn't received their shader & emblem yet? If so please reply and i'm sure we can help each-other out.

I received my Nepal aid shader yesterday morning. What i did was i shot these guys an email; nepalshaderhelp@bungie.net, all you have to do is name the subject something like 'Nepal Shader Help', then attach a copy of your receipt (the receipt is the confirmation e-mail). From my experience it took 2 days for a reply. They then sent me an e-mail that asked me if i still haven't got my shader to reply with my Xbox/ PSN account details, with some recently used e-mail addresses and billing info ( i personally didn't give them my billing info). Again, another 2 days and they replied saying they checked their database or whatever and confirmed the email didn't come and they replied w/ the code.

3 RespuestasBungie did send me my code today. Apparently, they have to check the original code issued to your account and re-send it. If you are still waiting, shoot them another email.

Did you click on claim rewards sign in and apply the code to you account? Then check the special orders atm?

3 RespuestasStill nothing, of course... They're ignoring my follow up email, too. Good job, Bungie. You can get every promotional email to me (even the one telling me the nepal shaders would be coming soon from a month ago) but not the one I actually require.

I'm in the same boat. Really starting to get irritated. I've emailed them my receipt, my PSN name, my email addresses, everything they asked for. Still haven't heard back from anyone. How many hoops do we have to jump through. Yes, it was for charity and a good cause at that but, don't offer something you won't deliver on. I have a feeling a lot of people are losing out on their shader and emblem. Come on Bungie, take care of your supporters.

My friend bought the Nepal Shirt for me and used my email and i never even got an email for the shirt. I got the shirt but i never received an email for it.
