Gamblers fallacy, every prior drop has no impact on the next, just because you've gotten every other exotic, doesn't mean your odds will increase for the one you're missing.
With that being said I feel like bungie did "weigh" the exotics and make some more common than others

I think if you have acquired an exotic already then those are weighed more. I.e no land beyond

Not necessarily, then everyone and there grandma would have certain exotics, but that's not the case, they're probably all equally weighted, with weapons like ghorn being slightly harder (but everything else is the same)

But that's the case though. Everyone and their mother does have certain exotics. Do you know how many ice breakers I've gotten. Lol it's ridiculous that he only exotic I've ever had one of is gjallarhorn. And yeah gjallarhorn is that covet d exotic but there are people who have like 15 of them in total and have dismantled nine because of no room or whatever.

All the polls for "do you have ______" (insert exotic) are roughly 66% yes, 34% no, so I'd say they are fairly balanced, we as ps users simply have a smaller chance at getting each cause there's more in the loot table
