Is it safe to trade in all my Ascendant and Radiant shards and energy??
I get a weird feeling that they may come back but maybe I'm just being paranoid.

I'd keep them, just in case. I thought my devil you know was getting left behind so I sharded it, sad times.

Only for old stuff you haven't upgraded yet. My opinion tho.
