What do I have against God? Nothing. What do I have against religon? A LOT. Let me give you an example.. pastor of my old church roughly 1500 regulars took home a 100k annual salary which comes from.... YOUR TITHES. I also experience a lot of fake people within churches I have attended I'm not saying go to church and talk about drugs and sex and alcohol but DO NOT attempt to look down/ judge someone for partaking in said activities. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DOING THE SAME SHIT. another big thing is a lot of time people run to god in a time of need instead of taking care of their kids and grabbing a second job they pray for god to deliver them from poverty you know scientists recently discovered what they believe to be the beginning of a new galaxy withing the milky way. Should be interesting how that pans out. But honestly take a deep breath and think about what you are saying and then think hard do you really believe A.) mother Mary conceived a baby without sex B.) this child is actually a part of God C.) This man had superpowers D.) Regardless of said superpowers [walkin on water turning water to wine multiplying food asexually] people still believed him to be a mere man E.) These people who first hand witnesses the miracles that supposedly happen then turned their backs on him and asked for jesus to take the most violent man in all of the middle east (barabus) execution slot and allow him to walk free. F.) Jesus died and this ultimate sacrifice counts as an equalizer for every sin you commit. G.) 3 days later this man moved a 3 ton rock and crawled out of his grave H.) Jesus ascends into heaven I.) We are waiting on the antichrist and a 3 headed dragon to emerge from the sea and this will be the end time J.) Jesus will return to bring back all his believers to the ultimate paradise where roads are paved in gold and there is no hurt.//// okay so now we get to the serious shit. According to Christian theology if you don't fully believe (100% no exceptions no doubts nothing) every single detail from a-j you uh... go to hell. So that is where I'm at trying to figure out if I believe this ridiculous highly unlikely story. And because I have that little bit of doubt according to your religon I go to eternal damnation in hell. Demons -blam!- me and torturing me because I can't 100 percent belive in this roller coaster of a story BECAUSE I ACTUALLY HAVE A BRAIN

Groups that aren't Christians, but claim to be Christians: Mormons (Latter-Day Saints), Catholics, Christian Science (it's not what you think it means; it is neither science nor Christian), Jehovah Witnesses, Chariamatics, Pentacostals, and Anglicans. The number of people that actually are Christians are actually very, very few. Their are only two pastors that I can identify as true believers who are alive and have doctrine based historically and biblically, and you should discern between the fakes and the genuine: John MacArthur and RC Sproul. John MacArthur has talked against Tithing, and you should listen to what is said about those "who devour widows houses," and how the true interpretation of scripture is explained.

That would be interesting yo look into although my former church was southern Baptist. Yes I live in the bible belt and yes my dad is even a minister at said church so I've seen the ugly head of the church that many people don't see. The complaints and whining of the entire congregation. The entire congregation expecting me to uphold rules that they themselves do not follow but because my dad was working for the church I was just the bad seed the "pk" if you will haha and the thing is instead of trying to draw me closer and show me love try and make me convert my ways they pushed me out of their circle of "godliness" maybe all I wanted was to be accepted at church instead, I had old people snatching the hat off my head and throwing it in the trash and telling me not to sing as loud in the choir because I have a deep voice and it overpowrs e all the little squeeky tight sack little kids

Yes, but Christianity existed long before Catholicism or Protestantism did. Protestantism came into being when Christians acknowledged the heretics of Catholic dogma to be misconstruing the doctrine of Christianity for financial gain. Did you know that St. Peter's church was never finished? Why? Because the Catholic Church needed substantiated reasons to gain the money from the masses. It was not until Luther in 1517 wrote the ninety-five thesis logically explaining this claim, and thus Protestantism was formed (emphasis on the Protest part).

I don't know you, but if you have a desire to know true-to-live-to-theology, listen to John MacArthur's recorded sermon on Abusing the Poor. He talks widely upon why Tithing, as it is today is not biblical, and how it a lot of "acclaimed" Christian pastors abuse the majority of people's ignorance to this fact.
