Why is Bungie Removing Content?
Changelog:
Removed color
Removed sound
Removed cheese
Removed auto rifles being useful
Fixed:
Heavy ammo glitch
Seriously. This is pretty much all they have done in six months. A normal company would do this within a month. Why, Bungie?
Edit: Okay, the colourblind thing was a little harsh. I'll give an example of why it shouldn't be a [b]priority[/b]. We'll assume 5% of the people who play the game are colourblind. Bungie is faced with two options: colourblind features or add content people want, like new bounties, Queen's Wrath, and weapon shaders. They could fix the problem for the colourblind, and face a lot of backlash from the 95% of the community. They choose to fix the colourblind issue. Here's the problem: now colourblind people can play the game the way we do. Now they'll be as I satisfied as the rest of us. Now 100% of the players want the same thing. Bungie could have addressed this earlier and pleased 95% of the players, not pleased 5% only to disappoint them.
Tl; DR: Bungie could pull a 95% success rate. They choose one of -5%.

because bungie only started to pull the finger out after numbers fell off a cliff. So now that they have been proved 100% wrong about almost every single choice they have made since launch day, and now that player numbers are dropping like a stone, bungie is beginning to address easy and fast to fix issues in order to hang on to the players they have.

While they should if you are complaining that you can't just breeze through things, they too should be pissed about cheeses being removed. Why you may ask? because they are only squashing bugs that help the player. CE is still buggy as hell. The Atheon fight does strange things still and relic on templar can randomly stop killing things. If they were squashing bugs as fast as they squash cheeses, then this game would run a lot better.

Why stop now? They changed the story 1 year before launch. They removed content to fulfill contractual obligations of 4 dlcs to make Activision happy, and more money. Won't be surprised if more stuff changes and they shake people down for more $$$$$.

I have to admit there are plenty they need to work on. But other games with glitches take the same time if not longer. But I have to admit bungie isn't doing a good job

The Auto Riffle just very bad at PvE now. The range cut that killed the Auto and Fusion Riffles. I am not an auto riffle fans...but sometime I just want to use it. I hate pulse riffles...it's the way it shoot. Burrp..Burrp..Burrp...just don't like it. The fix the cheese to take fun out of the game...They think the game is a hard work not a fun things to do. I will do the non cheese if I have time and a good mood. But If I am tired after work...I just want to have fun...doing cheese is fun to do...and solo able.
