Mask of the 3rd man (exotic helm) Suros regime Red death & of course blade dancer kills with the health regen perk on. I dont know of any others but would like to know if there are more

You can also find blue or purple helmets that let you regenerate health when you pick up an orb.

Melee heal perk, M3M, or if you're good you don't take damage.
