Like I said, pre-ordered the collectors edition (or tried to). Got the emails about the digital items that come with it free, but nothing about the collectors edition. Couldn't log into my bungie store account at the time for some reason so I just checked out as a guest and so I can't see my order on my account now I can get into it, even though it's connected to the same email. Emailed customer support but hoping it's not just me having this issue and my order hasn't been cancelled or something because they've taken the money out of my account.
