Mission Statement

Requirements: Ranked Officer(Lt. or above-Highest Skill 10 and 75 Experience), or must have completed Campaign on Legendary. For promotion to higher ranks you must have the Hayabusa Armor(Aquire all the skulls in camaign), and for further promotion you must have the Katana(Obtain all the achievements).
