Coiled Hiss 1919 or Time on Target???

I'm looking to get a new Legendary Primary weapon and I've decided to use my extra Vanguard marks to get a Pulse Rifle. The Vanguard Quartermaster has 2 different ones available, but since I've really never used a Pulse Rifle I don't know what to look for... Any advice?? Anyone used either of these by any chance?? Also note these would really only be used in PvE, unless I like really loved them.

  • Don't get either, i tried them both and they are trash. If your looking for a versatile all around good performer then pick up Up For Anything. It's all around solid, good range, great stability. If you're dead set on pulse rifles then the crucible vendor has a very high impact pulse rifle but the draw back is that it's rate of fire is awkwardly slow. I haven't tried it cause -blam!- farming crucible but it might be worth a look.
