I am solely rolling a Titan purely because it is the arch-typical Warrior and I love the way it looks like he has loads of armour, however after playing quite a bit of PVP I think the talents need updating a little bit - hear me out.
So Hunter and Warlock have two very aggressive trees (especially that invincible Blade Dance LOL) that end up scoring lots of points however us little Titans have the following problem:
Striker
All good and well have a ten ton nuke drop (and damn it feels good when you land one) but the kill effectiveness is very unpredictable compared to Golden Gun, Blade Dance, or the Warlock Orbs. I mean you have to get close for a start.
Defender
My preferred style of play. I love being able to throw a bubble of a cap point and provide some protection for my team mates. There is a big BUT though... all the supers destroy my bubble in one which seems a little unfair. I mean I get minimal points for providing support as it is.
I will continue being my Prot Titan as hey I am just having some fun anyway but it would be great to hear other PVPer's thoughts on the matter.
EDIT 1: I have just looked at DestinyDB for the top PVP players (platforms combined) and there are just 4 Titans in the top 50 - the highest rated being #23.

Titans can take a shorty Melee combo at point blank mid super, bladedancers cannot. Fist of havoc is pretty much a guaranteed kill, Hunter supers are not but also can travel farther. It's a risk reward trade off. Hunters high risk high reward. Titans low risk low reward. The bubbles I'd like to see absorb the super then die with occupants intact rather than kill those inside. But the bubble still works great for tactical use to lock down choke points.
