Since you swept VOG under the rug without fixing the coding errors I thought I would just remind you and everyone about them. The coding is just bad. By bad I mean something I would have done at 3 am before my computer science assignment was due at 8:30 bad. For example they must have used this code in VOG or you wouldn't be seeing the bugs related to looping and redirecting statements...ITS LIKE THEY USED GOTO STATEMENTS TO to code boss battles... you never use goto statements to do anything... they seem convenient but usually a mistake and done unintentionally.

But statement 2 can still occur along with statement 3. ex Choosing to teleport someone to venus while they are in a bubble.

Russian contractors is more like it, they don't give a crap, they arnt from here and wanna be cheap AF with everything and then they give nothing back and sponge our system. I'm not sure Chinese contractors code this kind of stuff but the Russians will code anything. You hire cheap people you get cheap work, you get bugs, you get unhappy customers.

I believe it is the, "bite off more then you can chew" concept. I've worked programming jobs where management would constantly tell customers about these amazing things we were doing and making promises on features that would never happen in the time frame expected. Unfortunately you end up cutting corners at the expense of quality for quantity. With Destiny we got quality environments, populated by very little in the way of variety. The art team did an amazing job and should be commended. The programmers most likely got the shaft towards the end (though it could be poor programmers. Don't think we'll ever know)

You obviously haven't played assassins creed or any Bethesda game. The bugs in the raids are bad yes, but I couldn't even log into my skyrim character for 6 months. So the problems worth this game isn't with the programming.

Have you actually seen or been able to view the code or is this merely conjecture? I'm not saying it's not possible, but without the source code it could be something else. I would be surprised if they did use goto statements. I know to never touch those except in extremely rare circumstances.

Someone just busted the piggy bank. If u go look at the code it is a 2:30am job due at 8:30am. I believe they spent 400mill in captial on this game and someone got mad and took the orgional with them. Then so the company wouldent lose out they cut a deal with actavision and produced this half ass game.
