Probably. When so many people walked a year before launch you have to finish somehow, right?

What happened and why did people walk? I've heard others say this but not sure what it all means. Did they just up and quit?

Nobody knows for sure. What we do know is at some point, for some reasons the head writer and several developers walked taking the story and other ideas with them. Thus we have what we have now.

yep lead writer just took right off a year before it was released. This shouldn't affect the coding of the game though. cinematics and mechanics are or should be two separate divisions think of artists vs engineers.
