Praedyth's Timepiece
Considering the amount of effort typically required to get this gun, I feel like it should be a little bit more powerful. I think it would really benefit from an increase in impact ; as it stands it's significantly outclassed by too many other primaries, and it wouldn't be too powerful if it did more damage than it currently does.

I was playing Raid in the Templar and I only had the first damage increase and even so, I could kill very fast many Vex. This weapon has very good perks and suits beautifully in PVE, but I can't comment about PVP since I haven't tested it yet.
