I hope this is going to the right area. I haven't been able to find a way to contact Bungie.
I've been having a number of dc issues the last few days. Wednesday night I was plagued with banjo. Then yesterday, I was covered in caterpillars, hawks, and jackrabbits. And today I've had so many hawks circling around me I'm starting to get worried.
That's not the worst part. Every time I get a hawk, it will dc me from Xbox Live. I've gone through all the trouble-shooting steps, I've opened the proper ports, forwarding the proper ports, and making sure my internet is up to par.
This is really getting annoying. My friends want me to Raid, and to do IB, but, even though I want to do these challenges in Destiny, I already know that I'll get dc'd from Destiny, and even from Live in the middle of a Raid, a Strike, the Iron Banner; I know that I'll get booted anywhere from 1 minute in (still in the orbital flight loading stage) or I'll get booted 5 minutes, 20 minutes, an hour or so into the game. I can't complete a Raid, so I don't even bother trying, because of the connection issues.
My Xbox Live works fine, and the only time I'm having issues with it is while playing Destiny.
I hope you can respond soon with an explanation, a timeline on when it will be fixed, and anything you can do to help me maintain my sanity, and to keep from being super angry at the fact I can't get anything accomplished on Destiny in the last 3 days.

The wide variety of errors you see, in my experience, point to a local configuration. In particular, you mention forwarding ports but this is [u]definitely[/u] not a recommendation we make for the errors you listed. That step is for BEAVER / FLATWORM / LEOPARD errors. I recommend taking a look at our NAT guide (http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11931 ), disabling port forwarding, and enabling UPnP. This isn't a magic bullet, and we recognize that in some cases a resolution may not be found by these adjustments. We will continue to investigate reports similar to yours and work towards improving everyone's Destiny experience.

Same here this rly sucks, i cant play just for 2 minutes since a weasel or the fking zoo starts to bother i mean the game is expensive and u also want money for the pvp options, u rly need to fix this quicly

I am have the same thing I have like best internet you can buy and still having problems. I also open ports just in case but hawks, catapillars, Baboons, canary and the whole nine yards is everywhere in the game. This is disappointing Bungie you should of made the servers like halo they work smoothly and work fine. I guess they want us to wait for them to say we will fix it in the next update. Bungie three strikes you are out. You have two already one more your out. I am very disappointed I am avid halo fan from day one of halo. I had the same exact issues... errors symptoms and all. Check the compatibility with your ISP and modem you are using. I replaced (the first time) my modem with my ISP and ended up with the same issue without knowing they replaced with the same type of modem. Third time I requested a modem of a different manufacturer... issues have gone away. Seems there is an issue with certain types of modems....

I am having the exact same issue. Only Destiny is having problems. Everything else works just fine. I just finished 3 hours of another online game with zero issues, so i know its nothing on my end. I created a post myself yesterday and bungie has yet to respond. I know they are busy and all but you'd figure they would say something when so many people are having issues. I keep getting so many hawks when trying to play, I can't even make it past the orbital loading screen on my way to any planet. All I want is to be able to play IB with my friends, do the Raid, complete the Weekly, and get some good guns and some good gear for my characters. This is supposed to be entertainment, but it is far from that at this point. It is tedious, and down right angering. I spent hard-earned money on this, and the rest of my internet works fine, so it's your move Bungie. Fix this. P.S. In the amount of time it's taken me to keep trying to get back into Destiny to be able to play, I could be a Rank 4 Iron Banner, have done the Raid on both characters, completed the Weekly Heroic on my Titan, AND been able to speak with Xur and purchase whatever exotics I could currently be purchasing. Again, fix this...
