How to extend game longevity.
Remove all the legendaries and exotics. Re-release them for Christmas.
Players without legendaries have something to look forward to and players with legendaries get the privilige to fight naked, allowing the players who wanted a no helmet option to get what they wanted too.
It's a win-win situation.
Get legendary engrams but make them drop only ascendant materials and ammo packs. Exotics give the rarest sparrow plasma drives.
Basically, all legendaries can be bought back from the Cryptarch since they're all stored. But you can also get a chance of ascendant materials when buying back too! It's easy storage for your legendaries to level the playing field and make the game last longer!

5 RepliesSorry but it's just a stupid idea, if anything it would just make people stop playing and it disregards all the work people have put into Guardains. After Im finally starting to get my Titan with armour and weapons I want, to have that taken away. I'd just feel cheated. Not a win at all. The without a helmet idea I get but naked... If you mean that literately all the awoken characters will just like groups of Dr Manhattans running amuck. Very distracting.
