How many tears will be shed on the forums when they nerf Suros Regime?
*For clarification: I'm asking how many tears will be shed on the forums in general, not how many tears you as an individual will shed!*
They have already said they are going to nerf it, as they consider it to be over-performing compared to other Exotics. I don't actually care one way or the other if they nerf it, since I don't think it's a blatantly OP weapon or anything, but there is a definite over-abundance of them in PvP. All I'm saying is, can you imagine how many people are going to come straight here to cry about it once it happens?

1 ReplyIt should be buffed to shoot two bullets at once, and return the exact amount of damage dealt directly back to the person shooting, while also having it's clip size doubled. It should also give a shield with every kill equal to the shooters total health pool. And do more damage to oracles

The stability and damage are good for an exotic, it still needs nerfed on range though. It's still outperforming pulse and scout rifles in upper-mid to lower-long ranges

If they nerf it, they better remove/replace the perk that makes this weapon shoot slow sf. If damage is decreased AND it fires this slow, the weapon will be outdamage by some fking white Sahara AR3... Not only do i not see anywhere near as many Suros Regimes in the crucible but there's no more bitchin n moaning about this gun so wtf is the nerf for? Are they trying to make this weapon a Super Good Advice 2.0? Dunno about them but i prefer using weapon, not storing them in my vault because of how shitty and worthless they're.

Its not like it was two weeks ago that they blatantly stated "We will nerf Vex", so I don't think they will nerf Suros, they will buff some other things. Personally, after AR nerf I consider reking faces with Super Pox Vlo/Plan C combo.

I rarely if ever play the Crucible, so I don't know if it's over powered or not, but it's a gun that's on my list to get, I'm hoping Xur sells it this week.

I'm going to personally shed so many tears it will fill an Olympic sized swimming pool. Then I'm going to phukin drown all the h8r's in the deep end. As the life fades from their eyes, the last thing they will see is the all mighty Suros Regime being jammed up their 4th point of contact while I squeeze the trigger. Thank you, have a nice day!

1 ReplyOk, I have a observation to point out. So the Suros is gonna be nerfed and the reason for this is that it's too good at long range. The gun is freaking designed to be better a long range! That's its perk people, it has slower firing rate and more impact for longer range engagements when you aim down the sights. That is literally the 'special exotic perk' for the Suros. Why the hell are we deciding it's too good a long range. That is completely contradicting the unique attribute of that weapon. That and I want to point out that I rarely get killed by that gun anyway. They miss, they're dead. Thorn can totally out class that gun at almost any range if you can hit them... I think people mistake a players skill with the assumption that a weapon is OP. And of course everyone has the Suros because you could BUY IT from Xur, duh. Not saying that everyone does have it, it's just not surprising to find people with it.

A simple way to nerf it without doing much is to just slow the zoomed rate of fire slightly

It's funny that this game has come to the point of just if something's not right. Nerf it. That's all bungie will continue to do. If they want so much balance please turn it into how halo was. Your choice of a scout or assault (same one no perks) and let stuff like snipers spawn. If they continue to nerf things it becomes even more and more difficult to even manage to kill two people. Already it's a lot more difficult than it was in the beta but if there's another nerf it's gonna be a lot more deaths going around.

If anything they need to buff other exotics to be on the same page as the Suros. At this point there's very few exotics that out perform their legendary counterparts.

Its the main weapon i use since Xur had it for sale. For the last week i barely log in because doing exactly what i've been doing since September 9th isn't exactly enjoyable. What ill do when the nerf comes? Nothing. They could buff it and it won't change anything. Its not a nerf/buff i want from Suros or any other weapons, its fking content to play. No such things are available in Destiny.

3 RepliesOne single tear, because they're not going to nerf the Regime. Makes more logical sense to buff all of the other exotics, of which there are quite a few that need it aside from Bad Juju and Thorn. Nerfing the Regime would yield the same results nerfing the Mytho did...of which they're having to go back to the drawing board and re-balance again because they made it useless in PvE. Making everything else perform better is by far a smarter choice then making one weapon worse.

1 ReplyWell, I don't have the Suros, but I would guess that most exotics don't preform well because they suck... Plain an simple. Very very few actually feel like an "exotic" weapon. They should boost exotics up versus nerfing the Suros. You can only equip one weapon. It's suppose to feel OP. I have The Last Word, and while it is a great weapon... I've never felt OP with it. I won't be shedding tear for that gun. Although the community may hate there life if they nerf it.
