Dude, I have no idea how I got the Vision of Confluence, but one day I noticed a legendary scout rifle in my vault among the 5 legendary hand cannons, and it is amazing.

I got it from the raid and I absolutely love it.. 890 critical hits in PvE and the full auto upgrade, so beast!!
