Thorn NEEDS a buff (and more)
So I got the Devil You Know a few days ago and it completely out classes my Thorn in almost every way even without any upgrades. PVP wise there is no reason to use the Thorn as it is beaten by almost every other hand cannon out there.
Also, what is up with those one-hit grenades for Hunters and Warlocks? Why don't Titans get one?

I also have thorn and devil you know also the last word ( havent started on last word yet ) Its not as bad as OP said it . I agree thorn needs the buff badly but its not useless and in pvp i still kick butt with it. The buff will only put it on par with how good it should be but as is if you are good with handcannons then you can do alot of damage with it. My thorn has been maxed for a few weeks now just recently got devil you know and the last word . The new ones are good but feel odd since i used thorn so much The piercing effect really helps it out so i expect after patch alot of babys crying to mommy bungie for a nerf lol

Void damage and a faster reload. The toxic tick should happen for every shot so you get a two for one. The tick should also go up.

They have mentioned that thorn and bad juju are both getting upgraded as they felt even they saw how lacking they were. I think they mentioned in the hot fix that this is coming soon... Not soon enough though as this is my only exotic weapon lol

I'm a level 21 warlock and I've never hD grenade one hit kill I use the scatter grenDe and it always leaves like. A sliver of health the vortex I don't know and the bolt thing i haven't used much but I imagine it's only good if u get a direct hit

9 RepliesTitans have a magnetic grenade that will definitely one hit kill if it sticks. My hunter has a fully upgraded thorn and it's the only primary I use in PVP. Poison and Final Round are nasty.

5 RepliesEdited by Jmz: 10/19/2014 9:42:11 PMIt is getting one. Also hunters one hit grenade has to stick to you or you have to get hit with a trip mine. It isn't a simple one hit kill. I can't say for warlocks because mine is level 5. Titans have plenty of one hit kills, the shoulder charge is easy to connect with and you know it.
