What if bungie would make a new tab for the start menu called the "fab tab" and you could place pieces of gear in the gear slots so that you can look anyway you want while maintaining your level and stats. Using this can also allow us to show off more than one exotic piece of gear without being op. Or an entirely new approach, this would take a bit of work from the player, but make a system like if I really like a piece of gear I can upgrade that gear beyond it's class, so say I have a common item I like the looks of. I can upgrade it to rare using ascendant shards. Once it's rare I then have to level it up again then upgrade to legendary. Eventually you can have a common item that has the stats of a legendary, so you have legendary stats with the item of your choice for appearance.
I did change this entire post mostly because it was a negative post...so I decided to try and use it's "popularity" to get this idea across!

Wait till iron banner when stats actually matter only the upgrades carry over atm
-
It's annoying. I don't like it.
-
totally wrong. suros is good. but it ain't that good. not the top AR at all. if you get wrecked by the suros. I feel sorry for you son.
-
Played a few games today and noticed that quite a few used them so I decided to try my own for a while. Didnt like it and went back to Shadow Price.
a gun shouldn't determine whether you win or lose every fight!!!
Actually in a FPS its the main determining factor...then skill comes 2nd which you seem to lack
-
I usually break it out the min i hear that paintball gun sound from the other team. Though i'm using it completely with my titan character.
-
I have a Blue Sniper Rifle and go 1.5 pretty much every game. But yes, Suros Regime ir Ridiculous since it's way more accurate and Powerful on Sniper Distances...
than a Sniper.
I don't have any problems out gunning people with it strafe don't stand still lol
-
dude i wreck everybody with my shadow price aint nothing wrong with it

Everything will make sense in iron banner
-
It's not the best auto rifle. Not even close.
-
Really? I seem to remember last weekend everyone bought it and instantly hated it because the rof slowed with the upgrades. Haters never gonna make their minds up.
-
Have you seen the vex fusion rifle from pvp? You havent seen the crucible until you've seen that gun...
-
You just got lucky getting more kills with it. The special ability is trash.
-
1: it's exotic OF COURSE IT'S OP 2. it's how you use it 3. Don't hate the gun hate the player!
-
Wow so many blams. You mad or something?
-
I have it but don't use it in pvp. I would much rather have my pocket Infiniti equipped. If I pull the trigger on the Infiniti someone is going to die.
-
Look up the vex fusion rifle then your see what's op. Stop bitching
-
i went in pvp after buying it, I went 20-2, 43-6 and did a 15 killstreak in another one.
-
I have the gun. I don't use it. But I still prefer auto rifles. Sue me.
-
Well, I actually don't notice a difference between people who use it and those who don't. (At least I didn't, until I started remembering the sound it makes when it goes pew pew). I honestly think it appears overpowered because it's an exotic Auto Rifle that literally everyone who plays Destiny had a chance to get with a few Strange Coins. Basically, what I'm trying to say, is that I don't think it's OP, but it just appears to be because everyone uses one anymore, and when you see people killing you with nothing but a Suros Regime, it's going to seem OP, even though it's just because it's the most widely used weapon in the Crucible right now.

Its the ce pistol 2.0 in AR form. Get some marine!
