These exotic bounties are a huge pain. I'm mostly a PvE player, and being forced to participate in these insane PvP matches is simply unfair! I'm currently working on the 10,000 crucible points for tolands legacy, and it's taking forever! If you're going to have these exotic bounties then you should have a separate system set up to give exotic bounties of the PvP variety as well as the PvE variety. Give everyone a fair chance of completing them and reaping the rewards.

I picked up my 14th exotic bounty last night. I believe I'm done with 6 of them, this is what I've discovered for myself. Thorn - 500 points with void damage... after more than 3 months I'm still at about 32 points Invective - 25 - 1 K/D ratio... I'm at 0 on that one (got it about a week after thorn) Bad juju - 10000 points in crucible... done all the while holding the other 2 crucible ones in hand. Super Good advice = super easy... got one for each of my 3 characters (4th one will be sharded) Pocket infinity - done with 2 of them The 10 rare fusion rifles can be bought from the gunsmith, the 200 kills in nightfall with a fusion rifle is a bit tricky, I go in and kill as many as I can and just repeat after I die. I have a 331 plan C and that helped out a lot on last weeks nightfall as I had most of those kills on completion so that second Pocket infinity was pretty easy. I have 2 characters with thorn, invective and bad juju bounties in hand, I don't expect to do the thorn or invective (been there done that and will do it at least 2 more times still don't expect it will happen) I will get the bad juju though... 3 more times. FWIW I think bad juju is a pretty sweet gun, on thrall, acolytes and vandals you never have to reload + super energy from kills is pretty sweet, I've been collecting legendary armor with the super energy from killing minions perks seeing as all my characters will have one (bad juju) Invective = not gonna happen in my lifetime... I'm 53 years old and can't stand crucible Thorn = waaaawaaaawaaaa I'm a hand cannon freak.... waaa waaa waaa lol. still not gonna happen and it's not due to lack of guns. I've helped with the kill xyor the unwed part of that bounty, twas a piece of cake most of the time we were just waiting for the ship to arrive, she was dead 30 seconds after she arrived. It is possible to have 5 exotic bounties in hand, Eris does give out exotic bounties. I've 3 characters and I do a ton of bounties every day. Every character must get gold in a public event every day the reason being is I need that mail to upgrade all these guns. Last nights E bounty was picked up like this... loaded my newly upgraded TLW popped a H cannon telemetry, picked up 19 pieces at the mail dropped off 2 bounties and got an exotic bounty (took super easy advice) took my other 7 completed bounties to Eris, picked up new bounties and went out to play with TLW for 25 minutes. I've no problem getting my legendary leveled up fast... energys on the other hand - it is hard to keep up. I hate crucible and all that it stands for, I want to help my fellow guardians not kill them.

Can someone explain on how to obtain these exotic bounties? I've heard so many different ways to the get em but want to hear what you guys have to say. I'm sure there's a certain way to get them

I haven't be able to get any other exotic bounties beside the thorn, invective, or bad juju bounties. Is this happening for anyone else?

Shattered Memory Fragment gives Pocket Infinity. it has NO PvP parts, so is fairly easy. it needs to be upgraded before it becomes any good though. Toland's Legacy gives the Bad Juju. PvP isn't too bad, and it's a great gun for a Warlock, particularly a Voidwalker with Obsidian Mind helm on. Voice In The Wilderness gives Super Good Advice. arguably a bad exotic, but the Bounty is fairly easy.

I received my first EB today (lvl 27, past rank two VG). Is it always three options to choose from? I don't remember but I vaguely recall only getting one? Or maybe I assumed they would all be the same? Either way I picked the heavy machine gun, Son, I am disapont. Also, 5 min later I went and spent motes on a Xur item. I'm a titan and go sunbreakers (lock). More disapoint.

I received an exotic bounty before dark below came out, and haven't finished it yet (took me ages to dismantle those fusion rifles). Does anyone know if I'll get an upgraded pocket infinity (i.e. 331 damage fully upgraded) or am I stuck with the old version (300 fully upgraded)?

i just got my 6th 7th exotic bounty with my titan... SAME F'EN BOUNTIES. Thorn, Bad Juju, and Invective. same 3 weapons, same spots. cant bungie have a re-roll for them 20 motes and can only be done through xur?

Well I got my fourth exotic bounty just then but I have already gotten all 3 of the ones to choose from. Thorn, Bad JuJu and the Invective. Is there any way to get a different bounty like pocket infinity because I don't want 2 of the same exotic weapon -_-
