lol it amazes me. All of these christian's responded in defense to this. How can you be christian and feel this way ever. I think you should think long and hard about a potential change to some other Abrahamic religion that doesn't believe that Jesus is the literal son of god. The reason I say this is Jesus preached that you should always be trying to spread the love and glory of his father at all times. He died for your sins and what he asked in return is that you continue to spread that love and word as he could no longer do so. How do you propose to do this from the confines of a christian only anything, clearly none of them need the word of god spread to them, they already claim to be Christians. If you really wanted to true Christians you would be trying to get anyone that will listen to hear about your god and his love. Clearly your not doing this so its pretty clear to me your not really Christians. Jesus died in his attempt to spread his fathers love, He walked barefoot across deserts, he suffered ridicule and people spitting and throwing stones on him and just when he started to really spread the word like he wanted to he was viciously killed. I'm sure he would be real impressed with his followers who don't want to spread his love because they only want to talk to others that already have the light of god, or they're afraid they will have to listen to some big scary curse words, or possibly be argued with. Spreading the word of god isn't easy, clearly it wasn't for Jesus but he died for your sins supposedly and this is what he asked in return, to spread his teachings. This is why I could never be religious, they all run around acting like good followers but they only do it as long as its convenient and the moment the odds feel overwhelming they go off to their private segregated areas to be with others like them while simultaneously throwing everything they claim to be the word of god out the window. Be a Christian and try to spread the love you think he has for us or don't. This middle ground crap is just absurd. I mean no insult to those who practice what they preach but if your christian and you have ever wanted to give up spreading the love of god in anyway then you're not really Christians are you? I personally don't care about playing with the lot of you or not, because I don't really care to play with people who don't want to play with me anyways. However, this continued projection of god as a constant when only a small number of any of his followers are consistent in worshiping that supposed constant is just bewildering to me. How can you expect me to take religion and its teachings seriously if you clearly don't.

I think way too many people missed the point. It is not about intolerance of another person's views. It is not about "hating" or "not loving" your neighbor. And hell..you complain about all these christian themed threads...but have you noticed how many threads are decidedly anti christian ( well, anti any conservative life style )...and I don't see the religious right harping on that. So what if a group of people want to experience a leisure time activity with others of the same mind set? It is like you are so worried about being excluded from a group..a group of people, might I add, you would have no intention of being with anyways...that you have to complain about it?

Maybe we just want to focus on the game and not on defending the faith. I personally enjoy a rousing philosophical defense of Christianity. Which you already know;) Some of us may not want to have to halve their attention between killing fallen and apologetics. For not believing in God you seem to spend an awful lot of time and anger on Him. Maybe you already know something you don't want to admit to yourself.

Christians will always and forever be about themselves hell that's how it started. Selfish ideas and thoughts. Btw that was not intended to insult god in anyway I'm just saying Christians go about things very wrong more like a cult. Its sad really but whatever. My bad I meant "your god" as I don't have a religion.

I usually prefer to roll the dice with who I play with, but how's this really any different than "Dads of Destiny" or "Destiny Girl Power" or whatever other groups have a bit of a qualifier that you have to meet to join? If Christians wanna play with more of the same, I don't see the issue. I've known guys from church who play video games together before/after Bible study or whatnot. Gaming's a great way to bond with people that you share common interests with, including interests beyond the game at hand. As a Christian myself, I prefer to drink straight out of the firehose and meet people of all sorts. My best buddies in college were atheists or agnostic and I loved gaming with them, drinking with them, and generally hanging out and surviving college life with them. To each their own, though. If Christians want to play with other Christians, more power to 'em. If practitioners of Islam want to band together to defend the last city, who am I to judge? If the LGBQT community wants to play with more of their ilk, play away! If black guys want to play with other black guys, rock on black power! If white guys only want to play with other white guys, they're racist and shouldn't do that. If older players want to bar teens from their ranks, I think that's fantastic! And of course, if anyone wants to open their doors to all comers, props to them too! Really, if you see a group that's trying to cater to a certain lifestyle that you don't fit into, move on to the next one. There's no need to complain. No one's "elitist," as I saw you go off about in another thread about Christian gamers. Some people just want to group up with others who share their interests, common lifestyles, or even gender! And that's okay. Just move on to something that suits you better. No need to bring the hate on others.

I find it funny but in that sad way... They want to play with only Christians, that's segregation... Ok so we do something similar but opposite... Now they threaten us because they feel segregated... Go figure! It's not that I won't believe in God, I wouldn't want to believe in a benevolent spirit but the whole goal is to cut most of humanity, except for your church friends, and leave them to burn in hell. Yeah, that's real noble... If you truly had a peaceful benevolent agenda you would realize it's all of us or none of us. We have a perfect place, called Earth, right here. It's only humans that frakk it up ☺️
