They can simply embargo us like what we're doing with Cuba. Without China's cheap labor and products, America will have to rely on its already dwindling resources and the economy of America would take a major hit due to it, thus causing another Great Depression, in which Americans will blame our president who had no authority over it at all because China pretty much owns America. Edit: The only reason why I say America has to rely on its dwindling resources is because products from Europe, which are probably next in line, are insanely expensive compared to American and Chinese products. America is already in debt and China pretty much controls our economy. If they decide to get the money back, we'd be screwed so hard. I'd need to move out of the country just to find a job and education that wouldn't break the bank.
