You know why? Because sometimes it's not worth reading everyone's opinion. If I ask a question about something I know nothing about, I would much rather get a response from/read a post from someone who I know knows what they're talking about. And that isn't just true of myself either. For instance, why do you think people [url=http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=74686485]want to be able to quickly find a Bungie employee's post[/url] in a topic? I'd wager a guess that it's because what they've posted may be authoritative in some way, and nobody wants to miss reading something like that.
