• Mobility should increase strafe speed and personal acceleration, decrease fall damage, and increase the jump heights

    • Titan and Warlock: Mobility. Hunter: I would make the case for Mobility as well. Since it’s their class stat. They then have to build into it, thus taking points away from other areas.

People that say “mobility only matters if you are a hunter” clearly are just low tier players.

        •
Which is the least important stat?
Usually mobility, but it heavily depends on what your build is and what you’re playing.

        • I'd throw mobility a bome and allow it to (slightly) increase sprint speed and hangtime for jumping as a Titan and Warlock. It is clearly the most useless stat in the game.

        • This might be the least disappointing poll results I've seen here on the forums, good job guys There's individual cases to be made, but your least desirable stat at any given time is going to be between Mobility, Intellect, or Strength for different activities

        • Mobil and then strength. The other are situational, in PvE, next is intellect. In PvP next is resil

        • I like mobility. Lower mobility allows me to skate faster for titan at least.

        • I’d say strength, intellect, and discipline are all equally useless. I still don’t understand why they were brought back. There’s so many ways to get your melee, grenade, and super back.

          • If you are not a titan then resilience . I don't get why people run 100 resil on a hunter or warlock . It makes me laugh . All it does is reduce some incoming damage . If you are getting hit then you need to move . Don't just stand there and rely on that resil . 😂 No , a nice build with high ability regen with a guns that make orbs so you can use your super more often is much better than reduce some freakin incoming damage .

I don’t know about mobility being a bad stat. It gives you the best strafe speed for peek shooting and most players have a really hard time tracking a player that jumps really high in a 1v1. They should add reload and handling buffs to it though.

            • Mobility on Lock & Titan Strength after that Intellect after that, the exception being PvP. Most hunters use gamblers and they have the best melees, not to say Titan is bad, but you still usually wouldn't prioritize strength. Warlock melees are bad, snap is ok... and the void melee is situational. In PvE, wasting tiers for high intellect is foolhardy. Kills build your super, taking dmg builds your super... orbs, I like running font of wisdom with Stareaters for sub 2 min supers. The stat tiers are better invested elsewhere. In 3s, endgame PvP it is different, but you have to hit 8,9,10 for it to be worth it.

              • Pve-only Non-hunter: Mob, then Int (Depending on the build on a titan: Recov) All the other stats may have relevant use depending on the build Hunter: Depending on the build and situation: Recov can be irrelevant, otherwise Int (possibly Mob)

With us making orbs left and right to regenerate super , you really don't need intellect It only comes into play in later rounds of Trials for wells and bubbles

              • Intellect IS the dumb stat for all classes, with the exception of well and bubble for pvp Mobility is way better for neutral game, and the people voting for it clearly don't know what they are talking about Even locks and titans can take advantage of mobility, yes it is not good for our jump, unless you are doing a sky lock, mobility actually slows you down by fluffing our jumps even more, BUT, in today's primary focused game, strafing is king, and mobility can give you that edge to win your 1s or to get out of the way of the firing squad you just stumbled into a little faster So pick your poison, faster bubble or well or the edge in your most common engagements Lock, I personally run low Intellect and mobility, for res, rec, dis and str and transversive/astrocyte is my go to on lock exotics Hunter my focus is mob, res, rec, dis Intellect and strength are hunter dump stats, because dodge Titan res, rec, str for obvious reasons Intellect means nothing in pve

              • All of them are basically useless. Mobility: Only buffs your first jump. Does not buff additional jumps or Titan/Warlock glides. Resilience: Can still be shredded in late game activities even in a Well with max. Recovery: Health regen doesn't help when you die faster than you can heal. Discipline, Strength, Intellect: Each tier barely gives any cooldown reduction at this point so it feels mostly useless. Bungie has also thrown out nerfs to cooldowns repeatedly because they are trying to force a weapon metta when forcing a meta is the exact opposite of what a developer should do with their game. Unless we start seeing some actual improvements from these stats like back in D1, all of them are useless, yet important to at least try and make the game more enjoyable.

              • I’m one to say mobility, not cause it’s important to hunters But that when are you ever in a situation that you desperately need to have high mobility for Titan and warlock, personally I wish it had more movement benefits, slide distance and jump height mostly but maybe a small movement speed, maybe But after that intellect Then strength, hunters have ways to get it back faster and monti exists

              • Intellect, but while Mobility grants negligible benefits, the level of how fast your Dodge charges is well worth it.

              • Mobility only matters if youre a Hunter for both jump and strafe. Titans and Warlocks are able to ignore it completely.

Intellect. Super obviously has the highest cooldown of any of the abilities so having 100 in intellect really isn't gonna make the difference that having 100 in strength, recover (warlock) discipline, mobility (hunter) or resilience (titan) is. Orbs of power and other super regenerating mods make intellect redundant. Mobility is only really redundant if you're a Titan. If you're a Warlock, mobility makes flying around in solar so much better and Hunter speaks for itself

                • Mobility has use in pvp by making you walk almost as fast as you can sprint meaning you can essentially shoot and run and peakshoot better. 99% of your super is gained from dealing damage intellect generally only gives your super like a 10 second faster cooldown by the end unless you do no damage.

                  • The fact that mobility is a dump stat unless you are playing hunter specifically should say something
