Mobility has use in pvp by making you walk almost as fast as you can sprint meaning you can essentially shoot and run and peakshoot better. 99% of your super is gained from dealing damage intellect generally only gives your super like a 10 second faster cooldown by the end unless you do no damage.

Intellect definitely makes a noticeable on well and bubble. Which is why they need to get rid of the stupid super tiers already.
