Rework or buff these perks

Surrounded - this perk is carried by the associated mod that comes with it but even then it’s barely viable as it doesn’t consistently proc when compared to the plethora of damage perks available. It’s especially not viable in end game content because playing up close in gms or the master raid just isn’t happening. Energy transfer - literally no reason to use this over any other sword perks. If it gave other abilities too, it might be much better. En garde - relentless strikes offer so much more than this perk that is only available for small bursts of time. It’s just not viable. Pulse monitor - I mean I’ve never seen anyone use this perk. Auto loading is so much more viable considering you don’t even need to take damage for the free reload. This perk just doesn’t do it for me considering in end game content you’re basically dead when low health anyway. Cluster bomb - rockets with chain reaction offer so much more in the ad clear department and the damage to bosses don’t work out at all when compared to vorpal or lasting. This perk needs a complete change or damage increase to be seen in game again. Danger close - this seems like a filler perk to be honest as there is literally no reason to be using a GL when close to ads. It just fundamentally makes not sense as a perk and needs something else to make me even consider. Box breathing - on the scout this perk is fairly decent in pvp but it’s now a shadow of its former self thanks to its nerf after Lunas and barricades. We need more shots to make this viable on snipers again in a world where we can have constant bluffs like vorpal and firing line. Trench barrel - again, another perk seen a nerf thanks to auto loading lunas and barricades. This was the only potential perk to make buckshots come anywhere near slugs in pve but that just won’t happen when perks like this offer almost nothing for the gun. Sneak bow - this perk will never be successful in a game where being quick and alway on the move is necessary. It needs a full rework. Shield disorient - this perk just needs to work on all shield because blinding GLs already have this beat by a long shot. Edit: I forgot underdog, Genesis and sympathetic Arsenal. But let’s be honest, who could remember?
