Its not a terrible perk just hard to pair with anything and to be real it only can be utilized by a hunter or someone really quick and good with rat king but again it requires so much theatrics to function properly. Needs to be scrapped amd reworked. Maybe if you crouch it make you invis like the old bladedancer perk or invis while aiming like PAT. I miss PAT was a great exotic for anyone.
