resistance a 2008 game , had 30 vs 30 pvp and a awesome matchmaking where you could choose a server from a list AND YOUR GAME TYPE ... too bad nowadays tech doesnt allow such luxuries :D

I actually would have been pleased if they cancelled the game. Having no game at all is better than having a game that has fallen even far below our drastically lowered expectations for the game.

Because we all know everyone on this board was super happy back then and applauded Bungie for making great decisions! I deliberately didn't copy any names over because that seems unfair, but I wonder if any of the names complaining back then are also complaining today ... hmmm ... can't be, since the people complaining today are always saying how awesome everything used to be! It would be really easy to check, but, why bother since obviously these are different people than those complaining today about how great it used to be!

You know most people are not 305s right? You know in D1, they had to pretty much disable level advantage as well? Presumably because the level gap is still too wide creating completely unfair advantages for the 305 teams lol. Prestige raid not increasing raid level doesn't really make much difference at this point. I've always thought it was a bit obtuse to have hard mode raid reward higher light and almost force people to play it over and over just to hit max level. But, if they're not increasing the light level....they really need to make the loot "unique."

Have you seen the fps drops and how laggy enemies movement gets in the raid? To me the D2 budget cut engine literally cant hand 6v6 without massive fps drops, so they made everything 4v4.

I agree, I feel almost no point to do the prestige raid. No higher light and it’s only regular gear with small amounts of purple thrown on..... Destiny 2 is worst then launch Destiny 1..... Raid is not satisfying and doesn’t have much going on, especially when it’s repeating a flag middle sequence and easy segments. VOG gear puts leviathans to shame A lot of the gear in game is just different colored gear then another parts. Weapons feel bland with no rolls. Supers feel so shallow and no customizing. Next to no late game content It’s sad when bright engrams seem to give better rewards then any exotic could.... I’m not sure how long they worked on this game but it feels like it designed by a lazy dev team. I love destiny but this game is just sad...

So what are the rewards for completing the Prestige raid then?

Theres supposedly New Gear for the prestige and they added some miniscule changes to mechanics. So there is that

Was hoping Prestige Raid offered us 1. Exotic Raid Weapons 2. Actual Challenges 3. Armor Ornaments Year 3 of D1 spoiled us lol

Where does it say the prestige raid will not increase you light/power level?
