So I messed up when logging in with battle.net and didn't think to login to my current profile first and then link battle.net to it.
I've now got three profiles.
The one I want: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/4077239
The battle.net created one: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/14918488
The new xbox created one: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/14918623
How do I go about getting access to my original account?

Unfortunately if the original Bungie account has no console/blizzard account linked to it then it is orphaned and cannot be recovered. Your only option is to link one of the accounts to the newly created bungie account that already has one linked to it. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130 https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/44390
If the PSN ID, Xbox Live Gamertag, and Blizzard BattleTags are unlinked from a Bungie.net profile, the profile will be orphaned. This is permanent, and access cannot be granted to an account that has been orphaned.
Edited by ij4xs: 7/13/2017 12:43:26 AMHow can this seriously be a thing? This is the most broken account system I've ever heard of. There is seriously no way someone working for Bungie can't get me my old profile back? That's absolutely rubbish. There goes tons of linked emblems and clans. Right down the drain. All because of an accident and no warning that I was pulling an xbox account that was already linked to a different profile. Not to mention my beta access code!

Edited by ij4xs: 7/13/2017 3:01:13 AMMy preference is not a refund. My preference is to gain access to my lost account or data. The loss of this account and its associated clans, emblems, and data was not due to a violation of Bungie's terms. Per the terms, the content is only unconditionally forfeited if my bungie account has been terminated or suspended, or if the content program has been discontinued. The account was neither forfeited or suspended and the emblem and clan programs have not been discontinued. The termination and restricted access to my account was not an active decision made by Bungie. The present restricted access to my account, clans, emblems, and data was the product of an oversight by Bungie. Bungie failed to include proper failsafes such as restrictions, warnings or confirmations that my actions would remove access to the last authentication method on my account. Thus, the required resolution is to re-enable my access to the account in question; or to move my clans, emblems, and data to the new account. If you are unable to remedy this in any of the manners previously described, then your next step is to provide me with direct contact information for team(s) or individual(s) who can.
