Hunters once again draw the short straw. We are slower than Titans. Our super has pathetic damage resistance next to sunbreakers and our damage output is minuscule. I know that many hunters left for the more useful (or overpowered, whatever you want to call it) classes, because of the screaming 5 year old that bladedancer is in year two. I get it, we were fast. A little too fast. You nerfed blink, okay (I still need it to, idk MOVE but I get it) but the duration of our super, our overall agility (mind you our class is supposed to be agility over armor but now Titans get both, good job bungie) and our damage (another note, please fix mask of the third man, it does nothing now and that was my favorite exotic). A suggestion, make it so that we can't be countered by merely running from us. We're melee range, come on. Give us back our duration, it was never even half of a stormcaller's super duration. And give me my damage output! I literally need my whole super to kill a major?! Anyways, I hope someone reads this novel. I'm out.
Edit 3/3
This is purely about the super. I love being a bladedancer. Our neutral game is absolutely everything I want it to be. Our super is not on par with other supers. In both pve and pvp. All I'm saying is that I want my super to be readjusted so I'm not forced to be a nightstalker because my super is nearly unusable against enemies even with or above my level.
(P.S. If you aren't a hunter or played as bladedancer, don't complain or bitch because you don't understand the issues it has. Just because you aren't good enough to counter a class that has been nerfed isn't our fault.)

Ran blade dancer last night for some fun immediately went back to night stalker. Took 3 hits to kill the solar Titan like wtf, but 1 damn hammer kills me lol it needs a buff!
-
Hunters are op
-
Dude wtf. Hunters are op right now.
-
This is needless whining about one of the best subclasses. It's not all about the super.
-
Yeah. RealKraftyy is an example for bladedancer being useless.
-
What about us void walkers? Hunters stole blink from us void walkers and got it nerfed with the damn shot gun spam. Told you fools to calm down with that shit but nooo. You wouldn't listen. Just had to keep getting your cheap shitty kills didn't you.
-
Just watched vid on Bungie being stupid. And I saw blades dancer kick but so they r fine.
-
Watching a hunter complain about the class being underpowered is like watching Hillary say she is for the people and not the establishment. Takes a real retard to think this.
-
Sorry, but blade dancer doesn't get OHKOed by a rocket. My max armor titan with solar chestpiece gets annihilated if I'm even within the blast radius of the rocket. Arc Blade's hit detection needs a fixing, but thats about it.
-
Armor on sunbreaker and Blade dancer are the same. Blade dancer slices faster than a Titan throws hammers meaning that hammers lose to a blade dancer every time in close quarters. Titan sunbreaker proximity detonation on hammers are broken allowing blade dancers to essentially juke the hammers that hit them dead on. Happened to me several times. Blade dancer was slashing toward me and ate three hammers in a row that were perfect throws but detonated early. Both classes need their hit registration fixed. Blade dancer hungering blade has no cool down while cauterize does. Blade dancer neutral game is much better than the sunbreaker with blink, quickdraw, increased sprint speed, blink strike instant cool down, backstab, invisibility, and skip grenades. The Titan has an unreliable melee that sometimes doesn't apply melee damage and/or burn and three mediocre grenades with the exception of incendiary. Blade dancer was meant to be a neutral game class. Sunbreaker was meant to be super based and then got nerfed to hell.
-
Hunters have always been in the cold. If you want a lot of armor you're slow, if you want to be really fast you have no armor, if you want fast health regen you have no speed OR armor.

Edited by SilentRedThief: 3/3/2016 10:38:30 PMI think the duration is fine; afterall, what is the point of a longer super if its overall effectiveness sucks. Ways to improve bladedancer: Fix hit detection [Increased agility in super Reduced blink cooldown in super Faster blink actiation in super]---->These three improvements could even be exotic bladedancer boots. Make this exotic: Exotic Hunter Gautlets: Bladedancer Name: Master of Blades Exotic Perk: Swift Blade - Increased blink strike range; arc blade and blink strike have increased attack speed. Alternate idea (v2): Swift Blade - increased blink strike range and arc blade lunge. "His skill is his own weapon... but it doesn't hurt to have a sharp blade"
-
I outgun other supers as a bladedancer
-
There's nothing more OP in Destiny than a Hunter's tears

Edited by A485258: 3/2/2016 9:32:12 PMGuardian.gg tracks in game stats. It shows blade dancers have the highest KD of all subclasses. Good luck with your bitchfest. The only thing Bungie would do, is nerf Bladedancers, if they choose to do anything. Lol. Poor boy.

Blade dancer, golden gun and shadow shot are -blam!-ing amazing, I don't know what you are talking about. Hunters have the highest class based agility making them faster at everything in general. The only reason titans are faster is because of skating and I don't even think it was bungie's intent to make this a thing. I love all the classes, (outside of the warlock jump......). They are all good in their own way if you use them correctly.

Got a Mark of The Unbroken medal on my girlfriend's Hunter. Didn't camp or even have a sniper equipped. No last word or Mida. Bladedancer, red death, party crasher +1. I didn't even know the medal existed. Never got it on my Warlock or Titan. The only problem with bladedancer is its super. The hit detection is horrible, three stabs before it registers as a kill.
-
You can leave I don't care hunters don't need more buffs
-
-
I know. People whine about other classes, be Bladedancer (in particular) is so unviable. Hit detection is horrendous! QuickDraw and blink is the only thing going for it.
-
Blade dancers are without a doubt (besides strikers) the hardest super to counter. This post is non sense. Hunters in general are still the hardest class to kill, but I'm not shouting nerf this, or buff that. It's like trying to head shot a squirrel.
-
Bladedancer could use some hit detection and range buffs but the class as a whole has a neutral game second only to nightstalker. You can't quite compare it to sunbreaker which is possibly the worst pvp subclass in the game with a crap neutral game and a crap super. I left my Titan for my hunter in pvp because it's just better in general. As a bladedancer myself, I fully agree that it's super needs a prayer.
-
I think both third man and symbiot need to be fixed, third man especially doesn't seem to do what the perk says, but for that matter the ruin wings seem broken to me too, and symbiot goes off waaaaay too quick.
-
Eh, they're still good.
-
are you stupid? its much harder to take down a blade dancer then it is to take out a sunbreaker. you want it so you can NOT possibly be countered? really? you want your super to span the entire map, because that's what it sounds like at this point. stop blaming other classes for your problems.
-
Don't wanna hear it, they destroyed sun breakers. Love my Titan, but an embarrassed to use hammers anymore.
