Game wasn't broke until dickheads started moaning about everything, then it went downhill
-
Ubisoft is so bad, all their games should be free.
-
I know that your probably joking, but I want to state my opinion anyway. Unity's launch was bad, simple as that. You couldn't play with your friends, te only thing that made Unity "different" and most of the time you'd get disconnected. Destiny was playable, and even the raid doesn't take away from the general experience. BUNGIE doesn't need to give anyone back anything for free

I'm sorry milord, but AC Unity's launch made Destiny's look more glorious than an army of angels with bacon wings.
-
Need one for nightfall
-
Why would they need to concern themselves about Ubisofts blunder?
-
Honestly, that's because game mechanics and rendering were extremely broken at the time of the game going online. This isn't the problem with Destiny. I know you're going to throw something at me about the Vault of Glass and its glitches, but they are just that. They don't make the game unplayable, just annoying. I don't feel that Bungie and Activision made the same blunder in those regards as Ubisoft did. This is a little reaching, Longface.
-
Some of the DLC is already free (ie. exotic weapons/armor).
-
That's if Acitivison allows them to.
-
I miss when long face actually made good posts...your just feeding the negativity
-
i very good and respectable move by Ubisoft!
-
Except destiny wasn't broken when it came out. Yes it lacks content but the overall finish was very well polished.
-
It was already on the disc anyways =)
-
Assasssin's Creed Unity was a complete bungle, totally bugged up mess. Destiny was a great game, but scrubs didn't like it. SO yeah, Bungie has no reason to do this. Besides, it's not like they HAVEN'T spent a bunch of time working on fixing things and providing us with new features that we have requested right?
-
Destiny wasn't unplayable at launch, AC unity was completely bugged as hell.. About 300+ bugs had to be addressed the same week
-
The thing is though there isn't anything broken about destiny.
-
Okay.....and? Not seeing a correlation here.

Edited by Duke3008: 11/28/2014 7:13:32 AMQuite frankly confused as to why there hasn't been any mention of a law suite, this was false advertising plain as day, entire area's of cut content and features advertised pre-lauched in a way that suggested that they would be included at retail price but wernt when the dollars where spent, only to sold as dlc later.
-
I wouldn't know. In all my hours playing I never encountered any serious bugs in ACU. Free DLC is free DLC tho... ;D
-
I thought u were smart longface. AC:U launched broken, Destiny didn't. There's a difference between lack of content and 'unplayable'.
-
The level of broken that ac unity was doesn't come close to being comparable to Destiny. Destiny as a game works fine, AC Unity barely functioned.
-
Haha I made a post about this when I got the email and all I got was hate. No one failed to see how buggy atheon and vog still is to this day. How atheon was able to be pushed off for weeks and how it completely ruined the game by allowing trash players to get good gear.... just to scratch the surface

Destiny is an online only, persistant world shooter. The server cost is enormous. If you want future content for Destiny, you want to pay for the DLC to continue to support this game.
-
It only seems right doesn't it? I mean why wouldn't they? AC and DriveClub both..but destiny wont? I work full time and far from broke btw..but it just seems right
