The Halo Wars community is pretty bad
There is no sportmanship. I mean, honestly, most of the time, if someone feels like they're gonna lose, they quit. It's very rare to see someone fight to the end, which my friends and I always do. If you attack someone with a superior force, most of the time they'll just leave. Maybe 10 seconds into a confrontation, they just leave because they see they're gonna lose.
The same applies if you're losing in a game with randoms. Teammates will often just quit, and it's me versus three other guys, or me and a chill teammate sticking it out.
Even when you're playing with friends, if the enemy sees that you aren't resigning they will try to farm you for points. If that happens I send a msg saying that they either finish the job or I leave, and being the greedy guys that they are, I have not yet had to leave as they soon come swarming for the kill.
Just won 3 games in a row, and in 2 of those we won because the enemy quit. The only reason the last ones idn't leave was because they were new to the game.
I was going to post this on the waypoint halo wars forum but I'm banned for like 5000 years lol.

I'll fight back, if possible, but I'm not going to sit around and watch my base die for five minutes because they cranked out a couple of warthogs. This thread reminds me of a 2v2 that I played once that lasted about two hours. Something tells me that they might have been farming us but I don't think they were. They had two more bases than us for most of the match, but I was able to combine Vulture attacks with a quadruple MAC to instantly destroy their bases and fight back.
