If our issues are not addressed in some way by next Saturday I'm going to return my game.

It's cool that these public events are happening. I also have seen all sorts of info about them but no info on the status of our technical issues. None what so ever. And you know what, if you at Bungie have time to challenge us players in public events then you have time to respond in general to our complaints.

  • Big deal your 30. I'm 35, and after 7 years of WoW, SWG, and countless other online games you learn, you get what you get, and demanding anything does nothing more then illicit the comments your getting now. My suggestion? Start your own company and build the games you want.

  • I have been keeping tabs on this thread since I started it. It's been interesting to see the people who just don't care how they are treated, treat me. For example, jdinges27 says, "so return it and nerd rage somewhere else". XxstretchxX says for me to stop whining, and I have either bad taste or just stupid... or both. Why am I singling out these two mature individuals? These are the people that Activision and Bungie have cattered to. The people who do not care what they were told in advertisements. They don't care what errors occur during the rollout and weeks after. They don't even care that there is no help or support from Bungie. None. Sure they have the faq's on how to rework your network. A guess it makes sense that I who uses Sattelite internet has better conections that people who have time warner, or something else like it that blows my ISP out of the water. These people that Bungie and Activision have cattered to don't care that for weeks people have been on these forums begging for any information concering these errors. We have had nothing but silence. But when I google Destiny news I find alot of info on the public events. The reason I have promised to return my game this coming Saturday is important and everyone needs to read this. Unlike the consumer drones that just don't care I question things. You see, i'm 30 now. I grew up in a time where customer service was paramount. Have you ever heard of the expression, the customer is always right? Well, it used to be true. But as you can see by the way Bungie has treated their loyal customers they simply don't care. We hav't recieved anything from them saying they are aware and they are working hard. Nothing at all. It's all about money. Which is fine. But as a consumer I expect a working product and the customer service that comes along with it. One last thing... I'm just not settleing for this prduct as is. Things must change for me. They have been working on this game for what? 6 years? The absence of customer service aside, little things like not being able to name your Guardian irks me. You can't edit your look after for glimmer? I have read that joining a team is a hastle. There are little things like how they advertised the game. Deep story, become legend, whatever. One reason for the uproar is because they sold us through advertisement a different product. I mean, I decided to check out the cinematic credits last night before I played. During the credits I couldn't just exit out or skip to the end once I realized I wasn't interested. So I had to turn the game off of and log back in. We can't even skip scenes in game. Its the little things that are commonplace today that they just didn't bother with for 6 YEARS. SIX!

          I havent really noticed any problems with this game except netcode from time to time, other than that, the game is EXCELLENT. Either u just have bad taste or possibly stupid... or both... or u got killed too many times in crucible and u feel like whining, or u cant defeat a boss and feel like whining. Main point: STOP WHINING. At least it isnt battlefield 4!! (Betafield 4 is more correct)

              we had the same exact problem, our group just beat it bout 10 minutes ago and it was stuck at zero.... we waited for about 5 minutes maybe 10 then proceeded to go to orbit then to tower where we were hoping to find the loot in the mail or something. i love the game so im not trying to be a douche but not have this mission complete reward for a tedious raid like tht is stupid. p.s. i love the raid GOOD JOB. ima mmo player and have never experience a raid like tht, congrats
