"use of this application's chat and messaging features is not allowed for your account." ps4 destiny
Hello all,
I preordered Destiny and used the digital preload. Once the clock hit 0, I started playing. It was great. I am now going back to play the game after about 8 hours or so offline, and get the following 2 messages;
"use of user-generated media is not allowed for your account"
"use of this application's chat and messaging features is not allowed for your account."
What does this mean, and how do I fix the issues?

1 ReplyOne of my buddies is having a similar problem. We can't use in-game chat because of that. I've seen similar complaints on the internet and haven't seen a viable solution yet. Any kind of help would be appreciated.
