Centipede?
It was playing perfectly fine and all of the sudden it says error code centipede.

My profile just started getting the error, cant get past the first screen (press X). It says the error is Centipede and blames network, but my network is perfectly fine. The reason I think its corruption is that if I sign into my friends account on the same PS4 it starts up perfectly fine. A possible and temporary fix would be add the ability to reset our profile. Try using the Destiny app on your phone, mine claims that I have yet to create a character even though Ive used it before and created 2 characters.
