Reached LVL 17 in Iron Banner and cannot reset rank
I have been struggling to find time to reset my IB rank this season, so it's pretty frustrating to max rank and be unable to rest. (see https://imgur.com/a/XAUcoQ1 ). I've collected all of my rewards, I've checked my inventory and it's not full. I just don't know what I can do to reset my rank.

3 RepliesI think you might need to claim that first reward all the way on the left before you can reset. I've had it happen that I was full on Ascendant Alloys and thus hadn't claimed the one for rank 16 on Banshee. I then couldn't reset him until I got rid of the extras in my postmaster and one in inventory to claim the alloy. Then I was able to reset.
