I think you might need to claim that first reward all the way on the left before you can reset. I've had it happen that I was full on Ascendant Alloys and thus hadn't claimed the one for rank 16 on Banshee. I then couldn't reset him until I got rid of the extras in my postmaster and one in inventory to claim the alloy. Then I was able to reset.

I didn't think to check my Ascendant Alloys! I should have, but it's late and IB has fully rotted my brain. Thank you so much!

I didn't mean the alloys, but that was an example of what can happen that happened to me once. I meant that you seem to need to claim every previous rank reward before you can reset. I noticed from the image that everything was checked as claimed except the engram all the way on the left. (Although, you can't reset if your engrams are full as well.)

I had claimed everything, the image quality is terrible so it’s hard to tell I guess. I was maxed out on alloys, so I wasn’t able to reset. So thank you for talking me through it.
