Bungie give it back!!!!

Bungie give me back my rise of iron pre order gear licenses! I pre ordered rise of iron and was able to use iron gjallarhorn and iron gjallarwing and the gjallar horn and rise of iron PS4 theme for two weeks. I am now unable to use my preorder gear. I have already called and talked to PlayStation support. They said the issue is not on their end as the code I put in was accepted and I received the gear and that this is a developer license issue. I have also already tried restoring licenses so cut the crap. How long are you going to be able to get away with ripping off your customers? I feel robbed. I left the horn on my hunter to show i was able to originally equip it even though now when I use my horn I only get beep beep instead of raw iron. Please it isn't that this gear is the best. It is the principle. I paid to use it and I should be able to do so. Fix it. I know others have been screwed over also. Too add to this I have sent tweets to @bungiehelp And guess what no responses. Go figure.

  • Still no real help from bungie. Figures as much. Offer preorder incentives but take them back after I use them for 2 weeks. Yea. Thanks for nothing. If I get a resolution I will maybe apologize for being an ass but until then.... Please just help fix the damn problem. Not much to ask

    • Hello. Did you purchase Rise of Iron on your PS Account? If so, please try reinstalling Destiny using this process: 1. Uninstall Destiny. 2. Clear your console's cache.         Please bump and comment. I'd like to have my issue seen and responded to by bungie. I know I'm crazy to expect customer service

      • Look. I don't care if there is an in game glitch or whatever the issue is. I cannot. And I repeat. I cannot be the only person on the entire planet to not be allowed to use the gear he paid for early to use. At the very least it would be great if bungie responded. I know they can add stuff in game. So why wouldn't they be able to reinstate licenses to things they create and control?

      • You can redownload it from the PSN. You may also need to do something with the license. It isn't Bungie that takes away or messes with the license, it's the PSN. You really think Bungie has a way into the PSN to remove stuff? Please say no.... please.
