Hello. Did you purchase Rise of Iron on your PS Account? If so, please try reinstalling Destiny using this process: 1. Uninstall Destiny. 2. Clear your console's cache.     So.... I mean I can uninstall Destiny again but.... This was already done. I can contact Playstation but again this has already been done. This does not explain the inability to equip the gear on multiple consoles. Especially if I have tried restoring licenses. Destiny characters are not console based. I am very sure on a server farm somewhere my character gear /data resides. I know this because I can log in on any PS4 that has Destiny and use my characters. I appreciate the attempts at assistance but before I reinstall again I'd like to know how this would fix the issue if it happens on more than one console. Hard to believe every console I could log into would have corrupted data loaded on the console. Just a thought. Please provide feedback if any... or have a dev look at this. either way.

    Software reinstalled and still same issue. Unfortunately it should be enough that I was able to even use the gear for two weeks after preorder code entry. No I did not purchase directly through PSN. I did however redeem a code on my PS4 with my PSN account. This should not matter I can try another reinstall but as stated it has been reinstalled since this issue began. Currently evacuated for hurricane Matthew so reinstalling for a second time this week is currently out of the question. Edit: thanks for a reply. I've gotten very few of those... 🙁

  • I also preordered for my wife. Separate code ,she has same issue except she doesn't play nearly as much as I do. But as for me this is the only account I use.

  • With the licenses, if you downloaded via a code (regardless of where you purchased it from), PlayStation still controls the licenses on your account. They should be able to determine which household accounts redeemed the codes and which licenses they have assigned to the account(s).

    That's where this gets hairy. I have the gear from preorder, just can't re equip or use. I still have the horn equipped on my hunter to show I was able to use it. It's showing as of early this week that it requires preorder. I swapped my sparrow and heavy for obvious reasons. I have spoke to PlayStation support and they are positive this is a bungie developer bug of some kind. Edit: I have also logged into the other at home PS4 and tried restoring licenses to rule of system issues on my end.
