Really though i'm super excited this gun is getting the buff it needs, I loved it in Y1 as a PvE weapon and can't wait to try it out in Y2 as a PvP weapon as well.
Edit 1: So I'm sure everyone has read the patch notes by now, but I just want to clarify a fact. The damage reduction (40%) and lowered rate of fire, will only happen when you are zoomed in, enabling tracking bullets. When hip fired, the RoF and damage will suffer no reduction.

On the stream each bullet was only hitting for 22 damage. That's WAAAAY lower than it is hitting for now. It's time to kill will be the slowest of any sidearm in the game. This gun will remain garbage tier thanks to them beating it to death with the nerf bat. What it amounts to is basically a pulse rife with horrible range, low fire rate, low magazine count and a long time to kill. Read the patch notes
