Plattform Selection Problem

Hey guys, I have a problem. Yesterday, july 10th, I wanted to select my region and plattform for the Beta , I selected Ps4 and Europe. But it says that at this time no codes are available for this region... I should come back July 17th to select again. Has anyone the same problem??? Or if somebody has a code for ps4 and europe for me??? Please help me =)
